Charlene Abrahams
Family Resource Manager/Inclusion Specialist
Charlene joined OPNC in 2006 and has provided supports and education for families and children with complex needs for over 25 years. Charlene is a Teacher, RECE, Resource Consultant and Family Educator. She is the Program Manager of the SNAP (Stop, Now and Plan) program and Inclusion Specialist for all child and youth programs at OPNC. She brings extensive experience and training in the areas of supportive parenting, developmental ages and stages, stress management and wellness for children and youth with complex needs. Charlene provides youth supports and transitional planning for individuals and families with youth moving onto adult services. She is dedicated to supporting the inclusion of children and youth in programs to ensure they flourish alongside their peers and thrive at school and in the community.
