The Fall Fair is OPNC’s only fundraising event. Your company name will be displayed on communications, email blasts, and Flyers delivered to 10,000+ homes.

Exhibitor space is limited, so please submit your completed application form, payment, auction item and insurance, as soon as possible, in order to secure your spot!

Exhibitors participate from 11am until 6pm on the day of the event; tear down takes place in order for us to prepare for our evening movie.

Costs go up closer to the event! Apply asap to secure a spot.

Donate to our Silent Auction

Silent auction donations are a great way to help us meet the needs of the most vulnerable in our community.

Your auction donation will be recognized on our online silent auction page, and on the day of the fair. For donations worth above $300 you will be recognized on our website sponsor page. Our Fall Fair is a wonderful way to promote your business and support the most vulnerable in our community at the same time.

We Needs Your Support!

We’re inviting you to make a difference in your community by supporting our Annual Oak Park Fall Fair through sponsorship to help us meet the needs of the most vulnerable in our community.

Our award winning fair attracts over 4,000 people, bringing the community together, and supporting groups. There are several opportunities for us to promote our sponsors on the day of the event, as well as on social media and 10,000 event flyers delivered by Canada Post leading up to the fair.

This year we are looking for sponsors for Silent Auction Items, Entertainers, Food Festival, and general Fair sponsorship. Your generous support ensures that all funds raised at the event are used for OPNC programming. This year more than ever we need to ensure a successful event.
