  • Community Volunteer Income Tax Program (CVITP) registered volunteers to complete tax returns for people who live below the poverty line

  • Intake volunteers to ensure members have all documents and are ready to file

  • Callers to remind people of appointments

  • Drivers to pick up returns from social housing communities
