Fozia Khalid, RECE

Fozia joined as a Lead Preschool educator. She is a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) who graduated with Honours from Sheridan College. Fozia brings over 10 years of experience working with children in the Halton and Peel District School Boards and over 3 years of experience in licensed childcare centres. Throughout her career, she had been supporting children’s learning, growth, and well-being in a variety of inclusive classroom settings. She is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment where every child feels valued, confident to explore, encouraged to ask questions, and supported in developing meaningful relationships. Fozia strongly believes in the importance of play-based learning and values working collaboratively with families to support each child’s unique strengths, interests, and developmental needs.
